Location – Forrestania Nickel Operations (1-hour flight from Perth)
Roster – 2:2 FIFO from Perth
Pay Rate – Attractive Remuneration

We have an opening for an experienced Airleg Miner with an immediate start.
The position will require self-motivation, drive, and multi-skilling. The ideal candidate should be proactive, and forward thinking, with a with strong ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within a team environment.
Preferred Criteria Includes
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- 5-10 years’ experience in underground Handheld Mining
- Extensive working knowledge of handheld mining techniques
- Current & valid Australian Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Safe Working at Heights
- Current & valid Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Current & valid Shotfirers Licence
- Preferred candidates reside in Western Australia
Responsibilities
- Use a rock-drill machine and air-leg to drill development rises and other associated tasks that are required according to mine design by our Client
- Scaling and installing ground control according to site and area requirements
- Handling and transporting explosives to the working area
The successful candidate will need to be physically fit and meet pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening and full medical prior to an offer of employment being made
